Cancellation of participation in the event:

 

Cancellation of sponsorships:

Cancellation notice will be allowed in writing only to: sari@stki.info

 

Up to 21 days before the date of the event - money will be refunded after offsetting the production costs (graphics, prints, etc.)

 

As of 21 days before the date of the event - no refund will be given.

 

Should the event be canceled or postponed due to force majeure, the participant will be given the option to retain the same terms for the date of the next conference, or cancel the participation and receive a refund, offsetting the production costs (graphics, prints, etc.)
